Sail Croatia Tour

Hey everyone!  Sorry for the delay, didn't really have any internet while traveling in Croatia.  So I am going to split out my Croatian tour into three posts: The boat, Montenegro, and Dubrovnik.  This way you can grasp the experiences that I had and feel how passionate I am for these countries.

I decided to book a Busabout tour that traveled from Split to Dubrovnik over the course of 8 days.  The boat that we traveled on contained 14 people which consisted of 11 Aussie's, 2 Brit's and yours truly.  Honestly the most entertaining and outgoing people, went out of their way to make sure I learned how to 'skull' beers (chug) and other Aussie terms.  For the record, Australians love to shorten everything.  A passport becomes a pass and sunglasses are sunnies.  Oh and if your female roommate asks you for her thongs, she means her flip-flops.... haha.

I will go into more detail about each of my stops on the Destinations page that is being built, but if you are going through Croatia you absolutely need to eat the squid and Mixed Grill of meets.  Best bang for your buck!  Croatia also has a ton of castles.  Our first morning we climbed up a mountain to visit one of these forts, and throughout the entire trip we were climbing to get better views of the cities.

Each island had a main club that we stopped at each night.  Between Carpe Diem and The Jungle, it never left a dull morning for stories of who ended up where and the stupid shit that people ended up doing.

All in all, I think it's super difficult to capture this whole week into one post and am going to start doing a better job keeping up on this.  Thanks to everyone that I have met thus far, for those of you keeping up with my 'holiday', and I look forward to meeting those of you who I haven't yet!
